These
two great little aerobats are the newest in the Foamy Factory lineup. Built
from 3mm depron, they are very light and ideal for indoor flying. Equipped
with a CD ROM motor or one of the newer small brushless outrunners, they are
capable of extreme 3D flight. Both the Votec 322 and Yak 54 are incredible
performers!
Flying
these little aerobats is a blast! Both are capable of extreme 3D maneuvers
and absolutely excel in the indoor aerobatic regime. Outdoor flight is
great also in light or no wind situations.

Took off and immediately went into a hover for several seconds and
then the hover turned into a KE and I had too much rudder and did a
KE loop! ha ha so cool! KE requires very little rudder. Tight
snaps, I mean I thought the prop would eat the rudder! Hover,
harrier, walls, inverted flight with little elev. input, rolling
circle(as well as I can do one) tight roll rate and nice axial
rolls. Really tight loops, outside and inside.
Everything set at nuetral and no trim adjust needed. CG set at
3-1/4" back from LE.
14 plus minutes on iRate 2S 830 lipos.

The Extra 300 3D parkflyer is
the newest addition to the Foamy factory lineup. We have taken the
lessons learned from previous designs and incorporated them into this
great flying foamy and the results are absolutely spectacular! The
New Extra 300 has been called the "Perfect Foamy Airplane" by those who
have flown it. The Extra 300 is a pleasure to fly. Very
little coupling, if any, results in outstanding performance along all
axis. Knife edge with this puppy is a dream! The generous
wing area and the "X" fuselage stiffeners add up to incredibly slow and
stable high alpha flight. Walls and Waterfalls have to be seen to
be believed. |

does every 3d maneuver and precision maneuver flawlessly. great
rolling circles, harrier rolls, hovers easily, harriers very easy,
very very little coupling in the knife, so little it's almost zero.
Perfect pop-up's, crazy blenders, the coolest FLAT spins, upright
and inverted, point rolls and rolls really crisp, snaps great.
Many may notice how planes tend to yaw on the bottom of a knife edge
loop and almost snap out. This one just keeps on trucking with a
zero coupling loop, in about a 15 foot space.
I've done knifedge pinwheels that loop in about 3-5 feet. IMO
a perfect design. It 3D's better than our 40% aerobatic planes."
